For Passed Animals:

1. Please wait at lease ten days after their passing before requesting a communication.

2. Please provide: 

• Their name

• Age

• Gender

• Date of passing (If you are not sure, please provide month and year if possible. 

3. Photo(s) Post a maximum of two photos of the animal only. One photo should with the  animal looking directly into the camera.
