Types of Readings
Reading Purchase, Delivery and Refunds

Once they have completed them the seller will send your reading in a pdf digital (file) format at the email address you provide with your order.

Delivery Time: Usually 24 - 48 hours, on Mondays through Fridays

Made-to-order digital items don’t accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds given if

Delivery is late and you haven't been informed of the delay.

If a" Living"or "Passed Pet" cannot be contacted as they may be still transitioning to the other side.

Please provide the following information:
For Living Animals:
1. Their name
2. Age
3. Gender
4. Photo(s) Post a maximum of two photos of the animal only. One photo should be with the animal looking directly into the camera.
For Passed Animals:
1. Please wait at least 6 weeks after their passing before requesting a communication.
2. Please provide:
• Their name
• Age
• Gender
• Date of passing (If you are not sure, please provide month and year if possible.
3. Photo(s) Post a maximum of two photos of the animal only. One photo should be with the animal looking directly into the camera.
